These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Verve and any purchase of products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or laboratory purchaser to use this site or place an order. By using Verve, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

research-use scope

All products are supplied for laboratory and research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. Your purchase and use are also governed by our research-use disclaimer, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

prohibited uses

• any human or veterinary administration of any product;
• resale or distribution of any product for human or veterinary use;
• misrepresentation of any product, including making health, dosing, or efficacy claims to third parties;
• use of the site or products in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

orders, pricing, and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues; if we do, you are refunded in full. Prices and promotions can change at any time, but the price you were charged at checkout is the price that governs your order. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount shown at checkout, including shipping where it applies.

returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our returns & refunds policy is part of these terms and is incorporated by reference. By placing an order you agree to it. In summary: orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship; damaged, incorrect, or missing items are replaced or refunded when reported within the window stated in that policy; unopened product can be returned within the stated return window with a return authorization; and opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned, because their contents can no longer be certified against the batch certificate of analysis.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact legal@verveee.us or support@verveee.usbefore disputing it with your card issuer. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under your issuer's rules; contacting us is simply faster.

no warranty

Products and information are provided “as is” for research use, without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in a Certificate of Analysis for a specific lot. Verve disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

limitation of liability and indemnification

The limitation of liability and indemnification provisions in our research-use disclaimerapply to these terms and are incorporated here in full, including the buyer's obligation to indemnify Verve, which survives termination.

governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

dispute resolution

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting legal@verveee.us. Any binding arbitration or class-action-waiver terms are pending counsel review and will be added here before these terms are finalized.

changes

Verve may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect on posting, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
